About the role

This is a varied and dynamic role in a small, highly-motivated team. You will work closely with the Research Centre leadership teams, other Faculty-based colleagues and Central University Services. You will provide administrative support for the Faculty’s Centre Directors and Deputies, coordinate events and support meetings.

This post is offered on a part-time time basis of 0.8 FTE (29.2 hours per week).

We are currently operating a hybrid work model, which is a combination of both campus and home working. This post would have a minimum of 2 days on campus per week.

Continually reviewing and evaluating existing systems and processes and consider, explore and research innovative alternatives to drive performance, financial sustainability and efficiencies.

This is a full time position, with the option of compressed hours and hybrid working (Minimum of 3 days per week on campus)

About the role

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.

  • Leading digital engagement and adoption campaigns, creating and implementing awareness of the latest developments in the organisation to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Competent using digital tools, learning platforms and media formats especially Microsoft Office technologies and a range of training packages and software including SCORM compliant solutions.
  • Engaging with customers to identify their needs and desired future.
  • Demonstrable effective use of oral and written communications, communication channels and training tools/techniques to create engagement and influence behaviours
